Steel Cut Oats with Caramelized Bananas

Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oats
1 banana, cut into quarters
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Cook oats per package instructions
While oats are cooking, add coconut oil to a small skillet, once heated, add 1 tbsp maple syrup. Slice bananas in half and then again down the middle. Add banana halves to the skillet, sprinkle with cinnamon and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until caramelized
Once oats are done, add the banana, almond milk, granola, almond butter, chia seeds and any other toppings!
