Penne Vodka Pizza


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. penne pasta

  • 1 (24 oz) jar vodka sauce

  • 1 pillsbury pizza crust

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese⁣

  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder⁣

  • 1 tbsp dried basil⁣

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil⁣

Directions: ⁣

  1. Preheat oven to 400°⁣

  2. In a large pot of salted water, cook pasta per packaging ⁣

  3. Once pasta is cooked, drain and add back to the pot. Add in the vodka sauce, toss to coat⁣

  4. Using a greased baking sheet, roll out the pizza crust in an even layer, sprinkle with garlic powder, dried basil and Parmesan cheese⁣

  5. Evenly layer the penne vodka on the pizza crust and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Garnish with fresh basil ⁣
