Penne Vodka Pizza

Ingredients:
1 lb. penne pasta
1 (24 oz) jar vodka sauce
1 pillsbury pizza crust
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried basil
1/2 cup fresh basil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°
In a large pot of salted water, cook pasta per packaging
Once pasta is cooked, drain and add back to the pot. Add in the vodka sauce, toss to coat
Using a greased baking sheet, roll out the pizza crust in an even layer, sprinkle with garlic powder, dried basil and Parmesan cheese
Evenly layer the penne vodka on the pizza crust and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Garnish with fresh basil
