Crispy Brussels with Dijon Aioli

Ingredients:
1 lb. brussel sprouts, sliced in halves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
salt & pepper
Dijon Aioli:
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together brussel sprouts, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder and salt & pepper
Using an air fryer, add the brussel sprouts to the air fryer in an even layer, if using a smaller air fryer, work in batches
Bake on 370 degrees for about 8 minutes, toss and then cook for an additional 5 minutes
While brussels are baking, make the dijon aioli by combining all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well
